Configuring Reports
Navigate to Profile → Email Reports to configure your report preferences:
Report Frequency
- Daily — Receive a report every morning summarizing the last 24 hours of backup activity
- Weekly — Receive a weekly summary every Monday morning
- Disabled — No email reports will be sent
Email Address
By default, reports are sent to the email address associated with your account. You can change this to any valid email address — useful if you want reports sent to a team mailbox or a different personal address.
Tip: Email reports are especially useful for teams. Have reports sent to a shared inbox so multiple team members can monitor backup health.
What's in a Report
Each email report includes:
- Total number of clients and their overall health status
- List of successful backups with sizes and durations
- List of failed backups with error details
- Clients that haven't backed up within their expected schedule
- Storage usage summary across repositories
